Ele's Pel scroll.

I have a scroll to do this week Should be fun, it's been a while since I laid my had to calligraphy and loomination. I'm looking forward to it. Probably it won't be as complicated and fancy as this one but still, I hope to make it nice.

There's an almost meditative quality to doing this sort of work. It requires a lot of time and concentration to get it right. It is not like the slopping of paint and ink I use when I paint the crows.

I plan to begin tomorrow because 1st I have to clean the studio. I can't work on neat and precise art unless my environment is also neat. It's a process.
